Symmetry is...

Symmetry is about going within, reconnecting to the core of your Being, and from this place activating the power within to reach your full potential in all areas of your life. It is about defining and embracing your true identity as you let go of fears and judgments of yourself and others. Recognize and express the Divine love and pure creative energy from Creation which flows through your Being as you let go of frustration, confusion, doubt and indecision. Determine and manifest your heart’s desires as you free yourself from controlling and suppressive energies.

Symmetry is about reconnecting to the wave of the Breath of Life within Creation, an inherent part of your
Being which often becomes disconnected shortly after birth. When you pick up a baby, you begin to rock. If asked, you would say you were rocking the baby. However, I am going to suggest, in reality, the baby is rocking you in the wave of the Breath of Life. The baby is clear of fear and judgment. It is still fully connected to this Breath which moves in the gentle Rhythms of Life.

Within the wave of the Breath of Life lies a spectrum of waveforms. This spectrum can be defined in twelve separate rhythms, each relating to a color in the rainbow which can be felt and expressed as a harmonic Rhythm of Life as follows: blue-peace, yellow-joy, red-harmony, orange-creativity, green-balance, violet-strength, red/orange-action, yellow/orange-confidence, yellow/green-security, blue/green-discernment, blue/violet-intuition, red/violet-organization.

When you disconnect from this Breath of Life, you move into expressions and rhythms of disharmony in response to fear, judgment and failing to love and honor yourself and others. You entered this Earth with a mission to discover what brings you joy and to share that joy with others. In the process of doing this you have four lessons to learn and only four. They have been played out in thousands of ways: (1) to let go of fear and trust the power which lies within, (2) to let go of judgment and learn to discern what is in and what is out of alignment with your true self, (3) to be empowered as you empower others, insisting they honor you as you honor them (4) to love yourself and others by acknowledging and expressing the magnificence which lies within while supporting the magnificence within others.

Symmetry is about embracing the concept that there is no power greater than that which lies within. It is
understanding the power of thought and word to change or manifest your world according to your heart’s desires. It is about discovering the sacred self which lies within and aligning your thoughts, words and deeds to your true identity.

When you acknowledge and embrace the magnificence within yourself, you can then embrace it in all others. This is the peace in the world you have prayed for. It all begins with you. The Harmonic Expression of Love is who you are, it is your natural state of being. As you go within, you reconnect to the magnificence of your soul, embracing your true identity, freeing yourself to express the love which flows through your Being, activating the power to manifest your gifts into reality and share this joy with the world.
