Declaring My Intent
It is my intent to be well, whole and perfect in mind, body and soul. And so it is.
When I am feeling unforgiving, a solution lies in the Rhythm of Confidence within me.
Confidence is my golden light of Transformation.
- In Confidence I have the power to transform all challenges into gifts.
- In my Rhythm of Confidence I align my body, mind and emotions with the core of Divine Love within me.
- In the fullness of Confidence there is no fragmentation, lack, poverty or unforgivingness.
- In Confidence I have gratitude, a balance of giving and receiving, abundant life, uniqueness and prosperity.
- My Rhythm of Confidence allows me to rise above adversity and revive life on all levels of my being.
- Confidence awakens the essence of Divine Love in every aspect of my body, mind and emotions.
Establishing Intent to Move Forward
Whatever is interfering with my Free-Will Choice and my ability to move forward in my life
according to my Heart’s Desires, I choose to embrace into Unconditional Love. And so it is.
When I feel despair or misunderstood, a solution lies in the Rhythm of Discernment within me.
Discernment is my Rhythm of Truth of the Divine Love in all things.
- In my Rhythm of Discernment I purify old, stagnant belief systems which no longer serve me,
supporting truth in all areas of my life, creating an ever expanding foundation of integrity.
- In the fullness of Discernment I have no despair, dysfunction, erroneous beliefs, misunderstandings.
- In Discernment I have recognition, understanding, protection, survival and enhancement.
- My Rhythm of Discernment brings peaceful balance to my perceptions, thoughts, conclusions and decisions,
and help me to discern my Truth and accept the magnificence of the Divine Love within.
Transmuting Toxic Energies
From the Divine Love within my Being, I now proclaim that my Divine Light,
My Light of Love, My Light of Healing, My Light of Protection, My Light of Power and wisdom,
have become a permanent part of every cell and substance in my body,
including all toxic residues now and throughout my lifetime, on all levels of my Being,
and that they resonate at the highest frequency of Unconditional Love.
I command all tissues and aspects of my Being return to their full expression of Divine Love. And so it is.
When I feel restricted, a solution lies in the Rhythm of Action.
Action is my Rhythm of Movement to take responsibility for expressing the Divine Love within me.
- In Action I move into positive activities to accomplish my plans to support the fulfillment of my desires.
- In the full movement of Action I have no restriction, recklessness, procrastination or self-judgment.
- In Action I have motivation, responsibility, self-discipline, determination, independence, accomplishment.
- My Rhythm of Action encourages me to look at life to determine how and where I will participate.
- In Action I willingly choose positive creative activities to move into actions fulfilling my dreams and desires.
Establishing New Patterns
I reaffirm all those proclamations supporting my intention to be well, whole and perfect in mind, body and soul.
I am prepared and accept my abundance in all things that bring me joy. And so it is.

exists, expresses and manifests in and through me. And so it is”
