comfortable position.

Breathe - into the wave of the Breath and into the
Peace.
Feel your Heart Breathing with you. Feel the Love within your Heart
Breathing with you.
Then let yourself go into the Wave of the Breath and into the Peace.
The Divine Love within your Heart comes from your connection
to the Heart and Mind of God. Like a spark of life within you, if
allowed to expand through your being, it can fill every cell in your
body. It is the fire that inspires your thoughts and ideas and forms the
foundation of your personality. It encourages you to shift your
judgments into peace, understanding and discernment; your fears into joy,
compassion and a celebration of life; your feelings of powerlessness
into empowerment, fulfillment and passion for life; your lack of
self-worth into recognizing the worth and value of the magnificence of
life in yourself and others. This Love allows you to honor the Love
inside yourself and others; and recognize that you and they have a
choice to express it or not, each moment of each day.
Embrace the Love in your Heart, as your whole body
Breathes with you from head to toe.
Feel the radiance of Divine Love move through your chest. The ribs
gently moving in the wave of the Breath of Life like a metronome of
life. Focus on the Rhythm of Balance, that deep emerald green Rhythm of
health, healing, stability and trust - embracing and trusting the Divine
Love within.
Feel your atlas Breathing with you, at the juncture
where your neck meets your head. The brain stem gently relaxing into the
waves of the Breath allowing the Love to cradle the neuro-transmissions
from your head to your body and back. Your spine begins to Breathe and
this gentle flow of Love moves from the brain stem to the tailbone.
Focus on the Rhythm of Harmony, that vibrant, red Rhythm of fulfillment,
satisfaction and empowerment.
Focus on the Breath moving through your pelvic cradle
and let it gently rock and open your hips.
Aware of your whole body Breathing, your hips and chest rocking open
freely in the Breath. Your whole body letting go into the waves of the
Breath from head to toe. Focus on the Rhythm of Creativity, that
resilient, orange Rhythm of the fire of life, allowing the vitality of
Life to fill your being.
Embrace the magnificence of the Divine Love within
your Heart, and perceive it moving through your being embracing every
cell with each breath that you take.
Imagine every cell breathing with you as you let go into the waves of
the Breath and into the Peace.
Feel the sense of peaceful-joy within you as you focus on your goals,
visions and desires of your heart for the next year.
Focus on the way the Rhythm of Divine Love continues
to move through your being as you proclaim,
“ I embrace the magnificence of Divine Love within me. And so it is.”

The Rhythm of Organization
is formed when the red Rhythm of Harmony flowing through the tailbone
merges with the violet Rhythm of Strength flowing through the spine to
activate the Rhythm of Organization in the sacroiliac.
This Rhythm emanates from the core of your being, through the sacroiliac and
sacrum into the spinal column and out through the neuro-muscular system
to the rest of the body. Suppression of it can lead to dysfunctions in
the neuromuscular and cranio-sacral system. Uninterrupted
neuron-transmissions create a perfected synchronization of vitality on
every level of physical health - we call this physical perfection.
The Rhythm of Organization
is the rhythm of order, organization and structure. When this Rhythm
fills your Being it restores a sense of perfection throughout your body,
mind and personality. It opens you up to see the magnificence of who you
are and the magnificence of the situations in your life. This broadens
your perspective on life, allowing you to let go of those things which
no longer serve you and embrace those things in alignment with Divine
Love.
This is the Rhythm of
acceptance. When you accept the magnificence of who you are from
deep within, it allows you to perceive the magnificence of those around
you. As your perceptions begin to change of yourself and the world
around you, it allows you to give up anger, fear, rage and frustration
with yourself as well as others. Lack of self acceptance is probably one
of the greatest dysfunctions in our society today. On one end of the
spectrum it leads to drug and alcohol abuse. On the other end it leads
to limitation, lack of self worth and self-suppression. It is the root
of egotistical and bullish behavior. When individuals appear to be
“full” of themselves, the truth is, they are usually covering up their
insecurities.
Picture the innocence of a
little child in your mind that openly embraces life and shares their
excitement with anyone who will listen. Their whole body is full of
life and they bring delight to everything around them. They know they
are magnificent and embrace the magnificence of everything around them.
They live from the divine nature within as they discover the world
around them. As a person grows up and begins to experience the
dysfunction of the fears and judgments around them, this innocence fades.
In the Bible Jesus said, “Except ye become as little children, ye shall
not enter into the kingdom of heaven”.
One of the hardest
challenges of adulthood is to let go of all those experiences of when
you have gotten hurt as a result of your response or someone else’s
reaction to fear and judgment. This can create a cascading avalanche of
defense mechanisms which can lead to systematic responses of rage,
anger, guilt, blame, unforgiveness, anxiety, worry and depression.
The further one moves away
from being in alignment with the magnificence of the Divine Love within,
the more closed minded and argumentative one becomes.
The deep seated bitterness and disappointment magnify with each situation
that is magnetically attracted into daily life, propelling a person
further and further from peace, joy and fulfillment. The road back to
contentment begins with the acceptance of the magnificence that lies
within.
Increasing the perfection on one level of your being increases it on all
levels.
Move into Organization and allow your life to be a reflection of the Divine
Magnificence within.
The Rhythm of Organization strengthens the perfection of every cell and area
of life.
As you move in your Rhythm of Organization you:

Enhance the precision of the
electromagnetic activity within the body.
• Promote mental clarity and focused ideas to carry
out daily endeavors and long-term plans.
• Strengthen nervous, neuromuscular and
cranial-sacral function.
• Vitalize the structure and order of physical
mechanics to support rejuvenation on all levels.
• Energetically break the bonds of guilt and
self-condemnation, to accept your self-worth.
• Enhance your inner strength and self-assurance to
carry out your passions in life.
I have to speak (I hope) briefly about what Symmetry – this concept that
has allowed me to know and experience the power I have within me – has
done for me. The knowledge that Ann Marie has given through Symmetry –
the truth of my soul that hungers for me to inspire and use this
knowledge. The knowledge of the Breath of Life and the experiences that
Ann Marie has endured to learn and then pass on to all those who’s truth
yearns for more information.
And now this Kangen Water
machine that provides “Living Water” for my body, to clear that which
interferes with the Breath of Life from entering my cells.
- My physical and emotional being took a giant positive
step by experiencing and practicing Symmetry.
- My physical and emotional being took another even more
amazingly huge positive step with the Universal Harmonic Protocol.
And now, I am truly in awe of
the power of the Breath of Life, as it moves into thousands of cells
that couldn’t be reached but can now with Kangen Water.
- Tears of JOY come to my eyes when I recollect
how easy it was to walk comfortably into the grocery store the other day.
- The emotional struggles in life are melting away – I
am in awe.
- The stamina that this body has is mesmerizing to me.
I’m just not used to this, but I know in my heart that it will only get
better.
- Divine Order and my connection to God has led me to
all of this.
To Ann Marie – the front runner in all of this – I am
eternally grateful. I know that all her trials and tribulations are
always for the good of mankind and always will be. Thank you.
