All of your life, you have heard about a “woman’s intuition”, or how a man just “knows”. There appears to be an amazing communication system within that guides and directs you to keep you safe, to bring you joy and to assist you in fulfilling your Heart’s desires. Even though it appears illusive to many, it is a tangible aspect of the Divine Love within - a direct connection to the Heart and Mind of God. In Symmetry, we have a daily practice to clear, open and connect you to this “inner knowing” within you. In this world of over-stimulation, where you are constantly guided to look outside of yourself for answers, to awaken into the depths of the communication between your body, mind and soul is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

In the Breath of Life:

To be aware of the Wisdom and Truth of the Divine Love within - is my inhale.
To listen and be guided from this Wisdom - is my exhale.

Awaken to who you are

Who are you?

You are not a body that happens to have a soul.
You are a soul that is having a physical experience.
You are a Creative Expression of Divine Love in physical form.
The nucleus of your being is the pure harmonic full-spectrum of Love,
which moves through your being as the Breath of Life,
and is expressed in Rhythms of Life, Love and Empowerment.
This is the presence of the Heart and Mind of God within you.

In Symmetry, we challenge you to define and redefine the world you live in. Every person lives in their own world. All are unique and individual. The interesting thing is that this world is in constant change. Within this world of change you have one of two choices. You can just go along for the ride and whatever happens, happens or you can put yourself in the drivers seat and take control of your life. If it is your decision to take control of your life, then it might be wise to take a few driving lessons along the way or at least ask directions from someone who you believe is doing a good job of driving.
Your choice of coming to a Symmetry Course, shows that you either have made the choice or are in the process of making the choice to get off the bus and step into the drivers seat of your own vehicle.

There are many who believe that their body or their life is who they are.
Visualization: I want you to close your eyes and see yourself standing in your house. Now imagine that you are walking out to your car and you get into the car. Put the key into the ignition and say, “I am a car”. What type of a car are you in, Ford, Buick, Mercedes? Now say, “I am a beautiful (type of car)”.
Then open your eyes. We know that just because you are sitting in your car, you do not become your car. You are still a person who is inside of a car. You have a name and an identity. As we get to know you, we can describe you and define who and what you are.

You are not a body that happens to have a soul.
You are a soul that is having a physical experience.

Awaken to the Divine Love of who you are.
Open your conscious awareness to the Love within you and feel it filling your being.
Perceive the fullness of this Love moving through you.
Let the radiance of its presence enfold you
and align your thoughts, words and actions with its magnificence.
You are an expression of Divine Love.
It is who you are and always will be.

Your words define your reality. Determine your direction and magnetically attract prosperity and fulfillment into your life. When was the last time that you made a statement about the truth of who you are and what that means to you? This is my daily Declaration.

“I am an expression of Divine Love. The magnificence of Peace, Joy, Harmony and Divine Love exists, expresses and manifests in and through me. And so it is”.

Intuition is Divine Wisdom

The Rhythm of Intuition is the Rhythm of Divine Wisdom. It is the connection to your internal guidance system from the Divine Love within. It assists you in balancing your intellect with your inner wisdom by discerning if the data you are continuously gathering is in alignment with your inner Wisdom.

It allows you to accept the circumstances in your life and make the best of all situations as they are presented to you. It gently moves you into a place to trust this “inner wisdom” and builds your confidence to step forward to embrace life, putting aside your fears and judgments to break through the bonds that have held you in separation from your desires.

Intuition is a sense of knowing without fact or logic involved. To trust one’s intuition takes faith. To build this faith takes validation. The Key to building your faith in your Intuition is to have the desire with no expectations on how the results will actually manifest.

To stand in the truth of your intuition begins with tiny steps of faith. Each time that you see your intuition manifesting into a positive result, it is important for you to acknowledge it.

• Perceive the events unfolding leading up to manifestation.
• Feel the delight within you and the sense of fulfillment each step of the way.
• Acknowledge that your intuition was correct.
• Accept and be at peace with the process of manifestation.
• Express trust in your intuition, even if the results are different than you expected.
• Step forward to embrace the continuing manifestation of Divine Love into your life.

Intuition is a “knowing” beyond the shadow of a doubt.
It is the awakening to an internal guidance system directly connected
to the source of the Divine Love within.

Intuition awakens your perception of the divine nature of your being.
It is a necessary component in discovering, embracing and living an empowered life.

Intuition allows you to have faith in your connection to the Heart and Mind of God.
It moves you past the feelings of judgment, fear, powerlessness and lack of self-worth
to embrace and trust the Truth of the Divine Love and Wisdom within.

Intuition allows you to experience the creative nature of Divine Love,
and accept that you are a Creative Expression of Divine Love in physical form.

Intuition allows you to find and form your true Identity.
It is the discovery of self and the truth of the magnificence of the Divine Love within you.

The Magnificence of Intuition

The Rhythm of Intuition opens my connection to the flow and amplitude of Creative energy bringing forth the materialization of the desires of my heart in a manner that deepens my alignment with the Wisdom and Magnificence of the Heart and Mind of God within me.

Living in Intuition

The Rhythm of Intuition is the calming presence of the Wisdom of Divine Love. It moves through the sphenoid in the center of your head, out into the nervous system and body to connect the physical computer brain with the wisdom and information from the soul. This allows you to think, create and perceive far beyond the information being brought in through your five senses.

In the Truth of Divine Wisdom there is no judgment of self and others,
only the recognition and acceptance of the Divine Love within all.

In Divine Wisdom there is no fear of experiencing and expressing
the many facets of the Divine Love within and supporting it in all others.

In Divine Wisdom there is no limitation or suppression
of standing in the power of the Divine Love within yourself or others.

This month I will be aware of the calming presence and guidance of my “inner wisdom”. As I journal each day, I will take note of the Harmonic perceptions, feeling and creative ideas that filter through my thoughts and the events that unfold as I “listen to” and follow my inner guidance. I will take note of how often I get distracted, object to or deny these thoughts and the events that unfold when I fail to “listen” to my inner guidance.

To energetically assist me in calming my focus, opening my awareness and aligning my thoughts to my Divine Wisdom within, I will use the Harmonic Intuition by placing 5 drops in my beverages 4 times a day, plus at the same time, place a drop of Harmonic Intuition on my forehead and on the soles of my feet (or a drop in each shoe).

In Divine Wisdom there is no lack of self-worth
and value of the Divine Love within yourself and all others.

In addition to the program above, I plan to:

• Find and read Proclamations which include the words wisdom and truth.
I have found this opens up insights and revelations, giving direction to my life. (Thank you, Rich.)

• Redo the Basic Parasite Cleanse with Intuition. (See the “February - In Harmony” publication)

According to scientists, the color indigo is a color of awakening intuitive perception. It calms and balances brain activity, enhancing focus, perception and memory. It is the color of genius. In Symmetry, these colors are related to the Rhythm of Intuition. Therefore, this month I plan to:

• Use the liquid Harmonic Intuition to assist me in clarifying my thought process and memory, while diminishing frustration, hyper-activity and anxiety.

• Plus I will use drops of Harmonic AWAKEN to amplify my awareness of the Divine Love within.

• Wear indigo color often and sleep with a bottle of Intuition under my pillow.

• Add drops of Harmonic Intuition - in my bath, my food, my laundry and where ever appropriate.

• And I will review uses for Harmonic Intuition in this month’s IN HARMONY and in our booklet.

An Attunement of Intuition

Turn on soft relaxing music.
Sit upright on a firm chair, so your back is a few inches from the back of the chair.

Breathe - into the wave of the Breath and into the Peace.
Feel your Heart Breathing with you. Feel the Love within your Heart Breathing with you.
          This Divine Love is your connection to the Heart and Mind of God within.

Embrace this Love and let yourself go, into the Wave of the Breath and into the Peace.
Focus on being totally present with the Breath moving into your lungs and back out again.
          Hear yourself breathing.
          Feel the air entering your nose. Follow it down to your lungs, to your solar plexus.
          On the exhale follow the breath as it leaves your mouth.

Perceive the Love within your Heart Breathing with you and say the words Divine Wisdom.
Let yourself relax and trust the peaceful strength of the Wave of the Breath moving through you.
          This is your Rhythm of Intuition.

The movement of this Rhythm through your being, connects your physical brain and thought process with your spiritual intuition. It aligns your mind with the Truth of that Wisdom; that there is nothing to judge, there is nothing to fear, there is no lack of power, and no lack of self-worth within you. As you trust the Divine Wisdom within, it gently unfolds within you according to what you are prepared to receive without judgment or fear. It will assist in bringing your mind, creative ideas and daily thoughts into alignment with the Divine Love of the Heart and Mind of God within you.

Focus on the peaceful strength of the gentle waves of Intuition, the Divine Wisdom within you.
          Do each of these Breaths three or more times.

Feel your Heart relaxing into the waves of the Breath and the peaceful strength within.

Feel your lungs and chest expand as they open to the strength of the Breath on the inhale,
          - then send it out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Feel your collar bones and shoulders rock back and open to the strength of the Breath on the inhale,
          - then rock forward to send it out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Open to the strength of the Breath moving down your arms, into your hands and fingers on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Open to the strength of the Breath moving through your neck, into your head and face on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Open to the strength of the Breath flowing into your spine on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Open to the strength of the Breath moving down into your hips and pelvic cradle on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Open to the strength of the Breath moving down your legs and into your feet and toes on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Open to the strength of the Breath moving through your abdomen on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Open to the strength of the Breath breathing in your Heart on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Focus on the way this Rhythm of Intuition continues to move through your being as you proclaim,
“ I embrace the Magnificence of the Divine Rhythm of Intuition within me. And so it is”.
