There is no power greater than the Divine Love which lies within.

The Divine Love within you is directly connected to the Heart and Mind of God.
This Divine Love is the pure harmonic core of your being.

- It is the creative life force within your being.

- It allows you to know and understand what Love is.

- It aligns your thoughts, words and deeds to your true identity.

- It can fill every cell in your body with health and vitality.

- It encourages you to shift your judgments into peace and awareness, your fears into joy and celebration, your powerlessness into positive action and harmony, and your lack of self worth into perceptions of value, honor and Love for yourself and others.

- It can create or change your world according to your heart’s desires.

You have a choice to express Divine Love through your being or not each moment of each day.

The goal in life is to identify, embrace and live from the magnificence of Divine Love.
It is the path to experience peace, joy and fulfillment in this life.

The Living Rainbow

Learn to awaken and maintain the full Rainbow of Life in your life.

Within each one of us is a living rainbow of characteristics and possibilities. Each person is unique and every one has a choice as to how and when they choose to express this kaleidoscope of energy that comes from the core of the Divine Love within.

With each person, certain aspects of the rainbow are more dominant or more suppressed. True vitality in every area of life comes when all of the aspects of the rainbow are fully present.

In this article, I have chosen to describe the Rainbow of Life according to the rainbow colors. Each color spectrum gently merges into the next color spectrum until there is a complete and balanced rainbow. As you read these descriptions, think about which ones you are strong or weak in. The stronger a color is the more freedom you have to fully express it physically, mentally and emotionally. The weaker a color is the more limited you are in that area of life. These are the areas in which Symmetry can assist you.

Violet - Strength
It is the foundation of your inner willpower to move or put into activity the desires of your heart.

Blue/Violet - Intuition
It is your inner wisdom to know where and how to move into a life of peace, happiness and fulfillment.

Blue - Peace
It is the conscious awareness of the Divine Love in all things. It opens understanding and compassion for your self and all others.

Blue/Green - Discernment
It allows you to move out of limitation as you open your awareness to the possibilities that await you.

Green - Balance
It is the pathway to trust the power of the Divine Love within and align your body, mind and personality to it.

Yellow/Green - Security
It is your ability to know that you are safe at all times when you embrace and live in Divine Love.

Yellow - Joy
It is the celebration of Life and the creative movement of the Divine Love within.

Yellow/Orange - Confidence
It is the ability to forgive all past actions and confidently move forward to accept and receive prosperity in all areas of life.

Orange - Creativity
It is the fire of life that sparks your creative ideas and projects.

Orange/Red - Action
It is the productive activity to manifest and fulfill your thoughts, plans and desires.

Red - Harmony
It is the fulfillment of the magnificence of Divine Love in your life.

Red/Violet - Organization
It is the Divine Order to manifest your desires in Peace, Joy and Harmony.

If you could maintain a positive Heart Energy 24 hours a day
and your energy field was continuously filled with the colors of the Rainbow of Life,
what would it mean for your body and your life?

Breathing With the Rhythms of the Rainbow of Life

As we Breathe the Rhythms of the Rainbow of Life each day, and expand the LOVE we have inside,
- we transmute Disharmonic Energy in and around us into Harmonic Energy:

Judgment	to	Understanding
Separation	to	Oneness
Disrespect	to	Honor
Anger	to	Joy
Distrust	to	Trust
Anxiety	to	Peace
Chaos	to	Harmony

As we expand the LOVE within us,
          - we affect all around us, even the Universe and our home, the Earth.

As we breathe with our Rainbow,
          - we manifest our future with our positive thoughts

As we change our negative thoughts to positive thoughts,
          - we change our life to bring us Peace, Joy and Harmony in all we do.

As we change our life into one of Peace, Joy and Harmony,
          - we can easily manifest our Soul’s Desires, that which we have yearned for since the beginning.

The difference between then and now,
          - is that now we know about the tools we have to bring our consciousness into the place of
            knowing what path to take.

As we practice “Symmetry”,
          - it becomes easier and easier to see the path.

And as we join together – in groups, or on our own –
          - we “join the hearts of beings, one to another in Symmetry”.

Love Transcends Time

Love transcends time—it is a symphony of sound that echoes through the universe.
Time has no consequence, space has no meaning.
They are only connections, one to the other.
Love joins the hearts of beings, one to another.
It is the eternal connection to our origin.
It is God.

What Symmetry Means to Me

     Symmetry has taught me that I am a Divine expression of Creative Love. I am truly perfect at the core of my being.
     Symmetry has brought pure awareness into my being. It has allowed me to see, feel and live the magnificence of who I am. It has given me a sense of belonging. It has opened my eyes to the magic that life has to offer everyday. It allows me to live in the now and appreciate what God has given to me today.
     Symmetry has assisted me on bringing my true hearts desires into manifestation and allowing me to live the life I truly deserve.
     Symmetry has assisted me in removing the illusions so I can actually see and feel what my heart truly desires in life. It allows me to know what is right for me and what resonates with my soul.
     With symmetry in my life my relationships have become more positive and meaningful. My health more vibrate and rejuvenating and my financial status keeps on improving everyday. I no longer come from a place of neediness any more.
     Symmetry provides me with the tools to be abundant in all areas of my life. It allows me the freedom to be ME. And that is magnificent.

After seeing you in Kansas City, I have experienced a new sense of myself and I am feeling so much stronger and healthier!!! More in balance, and my cells have lost some of the negative energy that has kept me feeling sad and self denigrating. It is like having my real life back. You mentioned once that I was carrying other people on my back and now I understand what that means. What a load I had and really never tuned into it.

I did an Attunement using Applied Symmetry techniques with a spinal injured patient with his permission. He had a very serene sense of calm and went to sleep almost immediately. The next day I inquired and he said he slept so good just like a baby. The other nurses wondered how I had him sleep through the night. When they had him he was constantly on his call light and they were very frustrated with having to take care of him.

Most importantly I have my JOY JOY JOY back and am living a better empowered life!!!!
