Confidence is about YOU. It’s about knowing who you are and celebrating your life with confidence. It is about knowing LOVE is the spark of life, the Breath of Life, which allows you to be here. It’s about knowing with confidence the value of you. It’s about living in a way that honors who you are and your true worth as an expression of the Love from within. It’s about recognizing your life and all others lives, as miracles unfolding.

My daughter gave birth to a beautiful baby girl several weeks ago. On their first day home from the hospital, she looked up from holding her new infant and said, "Mom, I’ll never look at people the same again. Everyone went through all of this to be born. Having her is a miracle."

With an expression of awe, she continued, "Everyone who has ever been born was somebody’s miracle."

Do you recognize yourself as a miracle? Is there a difference between the value, worth, total acceptance and unconditional love we hold for an infant, compared to that of a child, an adult, or ourselves?

When I look into the face of my granddaughter, I totally accept her unconditionally. She has no requirements or expectations to meet, she can just BE herself. She is a divine expression of unconditional Love. She does not have to do anything to be loved or give love in return, she just is.

When we were newborn, we were confident we would be loved and valued. We knew all we were was love and it was our intent to share our love with our world. Even if we weren’t raised in an environment where we were loved, honored and our value supported, we have the tools available to us now to re-create Confidence in our lives. In Symmetry, we use proclamations to assist us in re-aligning our thoughts and developing a new understanding of our inherent value. We use proclamations to let go of the judgments and fears that keep us from loving ourselves unconditionally.

The rhythm of Confidence is an outward expression of our inner knowing that who we are and what we have to share is important. When we recognize our value, we are able to give to others from our abundance. When we are certain of our worth, we can open our hearts and our minds to receive freely. We can accept abundance and prosperity as a natural part of giving and receiving in all aspects of our life.

Confidence is our second rhythm of empowerment in the 12 rhythms of Symmetry. It is the combination of our full expression of Joy (yellow) and Creativity (orange) coming together as Confidence (gold). When we know what brings us joy and we creatively express it, we experience Confidence, self-reliance and trust in ourselves. As we joyfully share our creations with others our sense of worth and value grows, and our Confidence increases creating abundance and prosperity.

When we live in Confidence, we see the world through eyes that recognize each experience, each relationship, each challenge, as an opportunity to find beauty, magnificence, and love within, to purify and refine it until all we are and all we feel is a harmonic expression of all the facets of Love.

Embracing your rhythm of Confidence is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. The following proclamations will assist you.

From the Divine Love that flows within my Being,
I call forth all my thought forms and thought patterns
on all levels of my Being
to be embraced in Unconditional Love and transmuted
into the Divine Essence of Creative Love.
I now call forth only those thought forms
and thought patterns that will bring me Joy.
And so it is.

From the Divine Love within my Being,
I choose to break the bonds of illusion
created on all levels of consciousness
that have interfered with my ability to be empowered,
and to recognize and accept my Divinity.
I acknowledge the power and control
that has been placed upon myself,
and by myself upon others,
which has interfered with my ability
to balance my masculine and feminine energies
in divine order.
It is by balancing these energies
that I will experience the perfection of my Creation.
I call forth all laws, judgments,
thought forms and conditions placed by myself
upon myself, or by myself upon others,
that limit my ability to call forth my perfection.
I transmute them into Unconditional Love,
and of my Free-Will Choice
I reclaim my empowerment in Divine Perfection.
And so it is.

From the Divine Love that flows within my Being,
I revoke all laws, contracts and conditions
that would allow another to violate my Free-Will Choice
to be free and sovereign on all levels of consciousness.
I command that any energy directed
to enslave any aspect of my Being
be transmuted in the moment into Unconditional Love
and returned to Creator Source
to once again become a positive, productive energy.
And so it is.

From the Divine Love that flows within my Being,
whatever is in my auric field
and the auric field of my relationships
with individuals, with groups,
with the Earth, with the Universe and with Creation
on all levels of my Being
that interferes with my Free-Will Choice,
whether it is here with or without my permission,
I embrace in Unconditional Love
and transmute these energies within these relationships
into the divine expression of Creative Love.
And so it is.

From the Divine Love that flows within my Being,
I call forth all aspects of my Being
that are tethered to the Earth
to stand before me
as I stand before you, in Love.
I ask you now to integrate with me
in Unconditional Love.
I call forth all aspects of my Being
to stand before all other aspects of my Being.
I ask you to forgive all aspects
and to accept forgiveness
and embrace all bonds between you
in Unconditional Love.
I call forth the fragments of my Being,
joyfully united,
to move through all time in Peace and Harmony.
And so it is.

Whatever vows of poverty I have taken,
whatever laws, thought forms or energies I may hold
that would interfere with my ability
to manifest prosperity according to my Heart’s desire,
I transmute into Unconditional Love.
I am prepared and accept
my Abundance and Prosperity
into the reality of my world
in all things that bring me Joy.
And so it is.

• Do a 10 to 20 minute vision attunement by lying down and placing a drop of Harmonic Confidence on each eye, then placing a Pocket Activator on each eye and focusing on my visions in life.

• Redo the Basic Parasite Cleanse with Confidence. (See the "August - In Harmony" publication)

Turn on soft relaxing music.
     Sit upright on a firm chair, so your back is a few inches from the back of the chair.

Breathe - into the wave of the Breath and into the Peace.

Feel your Heart breathing with you, then reach in to embrace the Love within your Heart.
Reach deeper into the core of Divine Love within you, your connection to the Heart and Mind of God.
Feel this Love, like a smile in your Heart, expand through your body from head to toe.

Take a moment to forgive the actions of yourself and others which have been created in response to
fear, judgment or lack of self worth. Accept forgiveness for your own negative actions and responses.
Then move out of the past. With a clean slate, move into the present.

Focus on your desires. Feel the joy of these desires becoming fulfilled.
     This is your Rhythm of Confidence.
The movement of this Rhythm through your being, moves your creative energies to complete the tasks
which will bring you joy.
          It serves as a magnetic attraction to open doorways of opportunity to fulfill your desires.
          It encourages you to move doubt and hesitation into action.
          It gives you resiliency in the face of adversity.
          It is the rhythm of prosperity. It lies inside of you, waiting to be awakened and utilized.

Focus on the joy of fulfillment and let the feeling of this confidence fill your body.
     Do each of these Breaths three or more times.

Feel your Heart Breathing in the confidence of the joy of fulfillment.

Feel your lungs and chest expand as they open with this feeling of confidence on the inhale,
          - then send it out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Feel your collar bones and shoulders rock back and open with this feeling of confidence on the inhale,
          - then rock forward to send it out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Feel this feeling of confidence move down your arms, into your hands and fingers on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Feel this feeling of confidence move up through your neck, into your head and face on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Feel this feeling of confidence flow through the back of your Heart into your spine on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Feel this feeling of confidence move down into your hips and pelvic cradle on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Feel this feeling of confidence move down your legs and into your feet and toes on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Feel this feeling of confidence move through your abdomen on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Feel this feeling of confidence breathing in your Heart on the inhale,
          - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Focus on the way this Rhythm of Confidence continues to move through your being as you proclaim,
          " I embrace the Magnificence of the Divine Rhythm of Confidence within me. And so it is".

"Raped as a child, I have tried many programs to remove the shame and deadness in my pelvic region. When I began your program for rape, I had a sick feeling in my abdomen for 3 days. Since then, oxygen levels have steadily increased, but are still short of optimum. Therefore, we must utilize what is in the atmosphere to its fullest capacity to restore the oxygen at the cellular level.

Disease and degeneration thrive in the lack of oxygen! The body needs oxygen to operate, and the amount of oxygen carried to your cells by your blood is the key to vibrant health.

It is common knowledge that exercise improves the ability of the cells to receive oxygen. But how much exercise will it take with less than optimum oxygen levels to work with?

As you age, the ability to maintain optimal blood oxygen decreases. By age 40 the average person has lost 20% of their oxygen-utilization ability and by age 60 almost 40%. As you expand your consciousness out of fear and limitation into love, peace, joy and happiness, your physical body changes. Transformation requires more oxygen.

How important is it to bring oxygen into your cells?
Can your cells heal without a sufficient amount of oxygen?
