From Ann Marie . . . Take time to celebrate before
moving into the new year.
This is the month to
celebrate the accomplishments you have made this year. Before you make
your new years resolutions, take time to acknowledge, evaluate and
celebrate all of the insights, new directions, adventures, closures and
overall accomplishments that you achieved this year. Whatever you have
done throughout the year has created a foundation for the year to come.
Take a good look. What may have appeared to be negative experiences
could have been great catalysts to get you to make a decision or take an
action which will create a long awaited positive change in your life.
Celebrate who you are, your relationships and experiences and embrace
the Divine Love in everything that has been and everything that is to
come. |
The holiday season
has been dedicated for centuries to rebirth,
the celebration of life, reflection on what has been and anticipation of
what is coming.
During this season we see these three words repeated often - Rejoice,
Hallelujah, Praise God.
They are used in many ways to describe our internal and external celebration
of God’s Love,
and our sacred connection to the Heart and Mind of God within us.
Rejoice
Rejoice is a word describing the deep felt exuberant joy
being creatively expressed. It is a thanks giving from the depth of our
being. This word brings forth the feeling of gladness when we are uplifted
or congratulating ourselves or others. It is a triumphant jubilant
celebration of the glory we feel related to something we have received or
achieved. We rejoice when there is a fulfillment of God’s Love through us.
In Symmetry we recognize this as the rhythmic pattern of Creativity; the
spark or fire of life which is rekindled every time we perceive and express:
• Appreciation for the magnificence of the Heart and
Mind of God within
• Joy of fulfillment
• Glory for life
• Thanks giving for all that we have
Hallelujah
Hallelujah celebrates the Love of God in our lives. It is a
word expressing the gratitude, admiration and adoration we have for Divine
Love, while recognizing the Divinity within and holding it sacred with deep
respect and awe. We sing hallelujah to magnify how blessed we feel as we
stand in the grace and beauty of God’s Love within us and in the world. In
Symmetry we recognize this as the rhythmic pattern of Balance and Trust; the
flame and foundation of Life which is magnified every time we embrace and
respect:
• The presence of the Heart and Mind of God within
• The expression of peaceful joy in our lives
• The healing movement of Love
• Gratitude for Our Blessings
Praise
Praise God, Praise the Almighty, Praise the Lord are
statements of the acceptance of God’s presence in all of life. They are
words of appreciation, acclaim and homage. They allow us to proclaim that
there is something greater than individual personality at work in our world.
It gives us an opportunity to give credit where credit is due - to the
Divine Love of the Heart and Mind of God working in, around and through our
lives. When we say these words, we acknowledge that we are instruments of
that Love. In Symmetry, we recognize this as the rhythmic pattern of
Strength; the flame of Love and protection which is expanded through us
every time we accept and honor:
• The strength of God’s Love within us
• The Wisdom of the Mind of God at work in our lives
• The healing nature of God’s Love in and through us
• The giving and receiving of Love
Symmetry is defined in the dictionary as “beauty thru
balance”. The “beauty” is the magnificence of the Divine Love within and the
“balance” is aligning the body, mind and personality to the Divine Love
within.
Symmetry is designed to assist you in discovering,
integrating and living the many facets of Divine Love, which lie within you.
The power of Divine Love lives in all human beings. Symmetry assists you in
awakening to this power and gives you practical ways to move your life into
alignment with the peace, joy and harmony of your heart’s desires.
There is no power greater than the Divine Love which lies
within.
It can create or change your
world according to your heart’s desires.
Discover this sacred self which lies within
and align your thoughts, words and deeds to your true identity.
In the Breath of Life:
I Rejoice
As I perceive the
Magnificence of the Divine Love of the Heart and Mind of God within me - on
my inhale.
And give thanks for the glory, joy and fulfillment of this Love in my life -
on my exhale.
The power to fill my body, mind and personality with Divine Love lies within
me.
Hallelujah
I embrace the peaceful joy
of Love that warms my heart - on my inhale.
And express adoration and gratitude for the blessings of Divine Love in my
Life - on my exhale.
The ability to embrace and express the many facets of Divine Love lies
within me.
Praise God
I accept and honor the
presence of God’s Love in my life - on the inhale.
And open myself to give and receive this love in all areas of my life - on
my exhale.
It is my choice to accept the presence and power of Divine Love in my life.

This month I will focus on
the areas in my life where I stand strong in the Divine Love within
and explore those areas in which I feel weak. Journaling each day will
give me an opportunity to embrace the gifts and blessings of this
Divine Love within my life plus put into perspective those areas in
which I let external or negative internal pressures run my life. My
focus will be on bringing my life into alignment with the presence of
the Divine Love within. I will allow myself the time and freedom to
rejoice, sing Hallelujah and praise God for the Divine Love within my
life every day this month.
To energetically assist me in
accepting, embracing, expressing and filling my life with the Divine
Love within I will use the
Harmonic liquids
in a special triad of
Creativity,
Balance
and
Strength
(see the December In Harmony)
I will
take 5 drops of Creativity, Balance and Strength, in this order,
together in 2 oz. water or under my tongue, 2 x a day,
plus put a drop of each on the palm of each hand and on the sole of
each foot. |
To know the love of another . . .
you must first find it within yourself.
You manifest
only that which reflects from your heart.
Your heart is the center of your world.
Your world is the reflection of your heart.
That is the nature of things.
Like an adventurer
in quest of buried treasure,
prepare to take a gentle journey
into the realms within
to find the precious gem of love
just waiting to be found.
Close your eyes . . .
let your mind be still.
Begin to drift on the waves of your breath.
Imagine:
a radiant light . . .
the divine essence of love deep within.
Drifting deeper into the
radiance,
imagine yourself becoming tiny,
very tiny . . . tinier than your heart,
and let yourself be
completely
immersed in the radiance of love.
With each breath
breathe in the radiance and feel your body
filling
with shimmering waves of golden light.
Embraced in the waves of light,
perceive the gentle touch
caressing every aspect of
your being.
You are now inside your heart center
totally surrounded and filled
with radiant love.
You came looking for treasure
and found the ocean of love.
You had looked for it outside . . .
and found it dwelling within.
Imagine
completely
filling
your being
with radiant love.
Abundant streams of radiance
flow in and around your being,
from your heart into the reality of your world.
Let your dreams and visions
come to mind,
floating out on the waves of love
to carry forth your call for love,
to be answered by the call for love in another.
Now that you have found the love within yourself
you can find it in another.
The reflection of your love
allows another to see it in you.
That is the nature of things.
Turn on some soft music. Sit upright on a firm chair, so
your back is a few inches from the back of the
chair and begin to gently rock back and forth.
Pay attention to your breathing.
You can feel your lungs expanding and contracting as you inhale and
exhale.
Your solar plexus opens on the inhale, relaxes on the exhale.
Now imagine your whole body breathing with you
and let yourself go into the waves of the Breath and into the Peace.
Imagine you are being rocked like a baby in the arms of Love.
Allow your body to begin to rock into the waves of the Breath, letting go
into the Peace.
Focus on your heart breathing in the waves of the Breath
and letting go into the Peace.
Your chest joins in.
Your collar bones begin to rock.
Your shoulders let go into the waves of the Breath and into the Peace.
Your arms join in - upper arms, forearms, wrists, hands and fingers all
let go
into the waves of the Breath and into the Peace.
Your neck begins to Breathe, your head joins in. Imagine your cranium
opening as you
inhale, resting as you exhale, drifting into the waves of the Breath and
into the Peace.
Your face joins in – eyes, mouth, jaw relax into the waves of the Breath
and into the Peace.
Your brainstem Breathes with you as the waves of the Breath cascade down
the spine.
The spine lets go into the waves of the Breath, moving like seaweed in an
ocean of Love.
Your hips, sacrum and pelvic cradle join in.
The waves of the Breath move into your legs – thighs, knees, calves,
ankles, feet and toes.
Your abdomen and stomach Breathe with you.
Return to your Heart Center. Feel it breathing with you. Embrace the
presence of the Divine Love
within, and let go into the waves of the Breath and into the Peace.
You
are a Divine expression of Creative Love. It is who you are. It is why you
are here – to
share this love with the world in your own unique special way. Imagine if
every one of your creative
ideas, every moment of every day had been supported and encouraged by your
mother and father, your
brothers and sisters, your teachers, your friends and school mates, your
church and community, how
would your life have been different? Who would you be today?
Many lives have been formed like steel through fire by overcoming the
challenges and struggles
they have faced. You have learned what love is not. You have also learned
about the strength and
power of the Divine Love within you and others. It is time now, for you to
embrace the Divine Love
within you to internally support and encourage the plans you have for your
life, your creative ideas and
the desires of your heart. Through Divine Love all things are possible.
Embrace the Divine Love within
and perceive its glory and magnificence as you proclaim:
My Declaration of the Breath of Life
Embracing the Divine Love within me expands my conscious
awareness and creative expression of the power of Love. It ignites the fire
of life creating balance and strength within me. I take responsibility to
forgive myself and others and let go of my fear, to live in alignment with
the presence and magnificence of the Divine Love within. And so it is.
