     From Ann Marie . . . So often we view the world through a clouded lens.

     This lens is created from our judgments of ourself, our fears and lack of self-worth. This standard by which we live, has been formed from the judgments and fears we have bought from others as truth and determines what we believe to be appropriate behavior for ourself and others.

     Perceiving your world through this lens, creates your point of view. Often your best intentions are sabotaged by internal response patterns to judgment of yourself or others, fear or lack of selfworth. It is not a weakness to admit this. It is a strength. It allows you to make an assessment of the situation, take on the challenge and move forward toward your desired intent.

In the Breath of Life:

Honoring myself to change my standards set by judgment and fear - is my inhale.
Honoring myself to live in and express the Divine Love within - is my exhale.
There is no greater power than that which lies within.

Honor is an Expression of Divine Love

     Honor is a concept that has been the foundation of most disputes throughout time. To honor another, you must first learn to honor yourself.

     Honor is one of the greatest lessons of all. Without honor of self, there is always fear, judgment of self, lack of self worth and distrust. Lack of honoring self is often the root of dysfunctional personality behaviors, internal control patterns and addictions. The world serves as a mirror. There is always perceived deception from others. This leads to putting up protective shields of defense and always being on guard of opening up to others for fear of being hurt. Always looking out for self first is a distorted perception of honoring self. This opens the doorways of opportunity for miscommunication and misperception from others. Being unable to trust another creates a fertile ground for events and situations to occur to keep proving the point that this is a cold and cruel world, and no one can be trusted.

     So what is honor and how can we begin to honor and trust ourself so that we can honor and trust others? I believe that honor begins with accepting the magnificence of the Divine Love within. The next and probably the most scary step in honoring self is accepting responsibility to bring all our daily actions and activities into alignment with this Divine Love. This calls for accountability. Do you walk your talk? Do you place Divine Love before judgment and fear? Are you willing to create a space of Divine Love between you and another, and walk across the bridge to acknowledge and honor the Divine Love in another. Are you willing to honor yourself and walk away from that person if they in turn do not create a space of Divine Love with you and walk across the bridge to acknowledge and honor the Divine Love within you?

This could be called creating a sacred space with another:

- a space of comfort and peace.
- a space filled with joy and happiness.
- a space for fulfillment and success.
- a space where creative ideas flow freely.
- a space that supports trust of self and others.
- a space that strengthens character.
- a space creating a platform for responsibility and accountability to self and others.
- a space to give and receive openly.
- a space of perpetual security and serenity.
- a space to build trust in the Truth within.
- a space to pursue one’s heart’s desires.
- a space to recognize the magnificence of the

Divine Love flowing in oneself, in others in the world and all of Creation.

- a space to celebrate all of the facets of life in peace, joy and harmony.

In all of life there is probably no greater lesson. Lack of Honor can be witnessed to some degree in almost every human being upon this earth. It creates separation, limitation, despair, poverty, malice, dysfunctions of all types and a lack of peace, joy and harmony on all levels of being.

To honor yourself, is to honor another. It is not an easy road; but it is a road, when traveled, that is filled with one delightful discovery after another. Are you ready for this Grand Adventure? It all begins with the Breath of Life.

Desires of My Heart

My tablet rests upon my lap,
my pen rests steadily in my hand,
my mind dwells upon the impossible,
but my heart knows the truth.

My conscious mind reaches into the universe
for the great wisdom,
only to recognize that it lies within.
My mind struggles with the teachings
that have come through the generations,
not wanting to believe they could have been misconceived.
But alas, the mind humbly bows
before the great truths of the universe
as it feels the reassuring resonance
that emanates from universal love,
from universal truth;
to discover that it is I who makes my own truth,
my reality,
to discover that all things are possible
. . . limited only by my beliefs;
to realize that I need only call forth my desires in joy
and allow them to manifest according to universal law
and recognize the gift as it comes forth.

I rescind all thought patterns that I have owned
through all levels of consciousness
that would limit myself from manifesting
according to my heart’s desire.

And now I take my pen
and write upon my tablet
my list of all that I desire to manifest in my life:
that which I desire to become my reality,
that which will shape my world once again
into my Garden of Eden,
that which will bring me Joy
according to my heart’s desire.

The Happy Cell Story

You have approximately one hundred trillion cells in your body. Today, we are going to visit one of those cells. It is a happy little cell. It is busy doing exactly what it was born to do. It has a wonderful life. It has purpose, reason for being and it is happy.

With every breath you take, the lymph moves through your body. It gently caresses the cell, bringing it oxygen and nutrients. It bathes the cell and carries away the toxins produced by the cell. Then one day, you experience a physical, mental or emotional stress in your life. And you hold your breath in response to this stress. You begin to breathe in shallow breaths, which no longer pump the lymph through your body. Our happy little cell no longer gets its full body massage with each breath that you take. The amount of oxygen and nutrients reaching the cell is decreased. The cell begins to struggle for survival.

The toxins begin to build up around the cell. The fluid around the cell becomes stagnant and parasites begin to move in. Parasites serve the purpose of cleaning up decayed matter. However, they also enjoy eating the nutrients which were meant to go to the cell. Plus the stagnant fluid soon becomes filled with debris and toxins being given off by the parasites. It has become a perfect hiding place for more parasites to move into. More cells are suffocated and starved, setting up an arena for inflammation, infection and chronic degenerative conditions.

There is no longer a life-sustaining environment for our little cell. No longer happy, the cell begins to degenerate. It can no longer carry out its purpose and soon it dies.

One cell out of a hundred trillion has little meaning, but when the numbers begin to multiply symptoms of degeneration begin to appear. You may feel more tired than usual. Headaches, constipation, indigestion, lethargy and mood swings are all symptoms of a body in decline. Some call it aging, others call it stress, in reality - it is a body without the Breath.

The good news is these symptoms often serve as a catalyst to warn you something is going wrong. You have the choice to do something positive to make a difference or take a pill to decrease the discomfort and let the condition accelerate. There are many things you can do to begin to make a difference. The first step to restoration is doing something to restore the flow and amplitude of the Breath of Life throughout your body.

As you begin to Breathe, the lymph begins to move. It washes through the area where the happy cell used to live. It cleanses the toxins and debris. Now, it is no longer a positive environment for parasites and they leave, or are exposed and are destroyed by your immune system. The area soon becomes flooded with oxygen and nutrients. Within our body is the perfect blueprint for the rebirth of a cell.

A new cell is created. It is a happy little cell. It has purpose and a reason for being. As the lymph moves with each Breath that you take, the cell receives a full body massage. The lymph gently caresses the cell, bringing it oxygen and nutrients. It bathes the cell and carries away the toxins produced by the cell. The cell is a happy little cell.
